Loop & Sound has released Eternity, a powerful virtual analogue synthesizer featuring 2 VCOs with about 140 waveforms each (Sine, Triangle, Sawtooth, Square plus 135 special wave forms). Each oscillator can work in Single, Dual, Fat and Ultrafat modes.

The core of the synthesizer is the custom randomization that can be assigned or not to any of the knobs. It is easy to set up custom presets for instant production of any type of sound. For example, just create a Bass sound and fix (exclude randomization) the knobs to give the sound shape (VCA Envelope & VCF Envelope) to generate unlimited bass sounds with only a mouse click.

Togu Audio Line has updated its free virtual analog synth, TAL-NoiseMaker to v1.06b.

Changes include:

• Memory leak while playing fixed.
• MIDI Map saving not work.
• Control Surface support for Audio Units, for all sliders.

TAL-NoiseMaker is an improved version of TAL-Elek7ro and has a completely new synth engine and a lot of improvements in sound and usability. The synth also includes a small effect section with a reverb, chorus and a simple bit-crusher effect.

A display shows the knob and slider values. This allows more control over the synth. A ring-modulator and a syncable triangle are also part of this synth. TAL-NoiseMaker includes new filter types as the self resonating 6dB low pass and a notch filter. Its improved amplitude ADSR is very suitable for slow pads as for really fast envelopes.

HyperSynth has updated Oresus to version 1.1.

Additions & Fixes:

Oresus is a synthesizer with huge range of tonal possibilities and intuitive user interface, according to HyperSynth. It introduces WSM (wave shape modulation) and Complex Oscillator to produce new wave-shapes from two raw sub oscillators. Oresus features two filters with 12 modes, these filters are configurable as parallel and serial or even as a combination of both to achieve new filter types. A modulation matrix with 18 sources and 23 destinations provides an extensive choice for modulation purposes.
